Ashley is a dedicated self-defense instructor and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist who specializes in empowering women to become their best and strongest selves.
Along with her purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and her background as a high-level competitor, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise to her teachings.
Her passion lies in working with women, utilizing a self-defense approach rooted in Krav Maga that emphasizes teaching effective and practical techniques that can be applied in real-life situations.
With a keen focus on safety and enjoyment, Ashley creates dynamic and fun learning environments for all participants.
She has five years of experience teaching and coaching in the field, and her goal is to inspire and guide individuals on their journey towards strength, confidence, and personal empowerment.
